VINTAGE: there is no Theme this year – everything is welcome – see Entries page for entry form.
TO ENTER LIVESTOCK: the person entering horses, cattle or sheep in the show MUST BE A MEMBER of The Fife Agricultural Association (other than Showjumpers). Memberships can be pre-paid, from 1st January, or paid along with entry fees. Telephone entries will NOT be taken as entry forms must be signed by exhibitor.
RULES: please make sure you have read and are familiar with the Rules at the front of the Premium List or on the Entries page.
PARAMEDIC FEE: a compulsory fee of £2 per handler/rider/driver is payable to offset the cost of paramedic provision.
MOVEMENT OF LIVESTOCK: Cattle, Sheep, Horses & Poultry must be on the Show Ground before 9.00am and not be removed before 3.30pm or until after the Vintage Parade is finished.
ONLINE ENTRY FACILITY: please ensure you have included ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (other than Showjumpers), the £2 COMPULSORY PARAMEDIC FEE per handler/rider/driver, and the compulsory online admin fee before confirming your basket total. To complete your purchase, please remember to click back to the website from Worldpay, OR YOUR TRANSACTION MAY NOT BE CORRECTLY PROCESSED.
POSTAL ENTRIES: please DO NOT send pound coins in the post.
CATTLE – all competitors must complete and sign the BVD Declaration Form and send in with their entry form.
CATTLE PASSPORTS: must be presented by the exhibitor at the Secretary’s Tent before 11 am.
Late Entries will be taken for cattle, sheep, heavy horse and light horse classes from 8th April – 11th May.
HEAVY HORSE competitors please collect numbers from the Secretary’s Tent at the Main Ring when you arrive at the Show.
LIGHT HORSE SHOW DAY ENTRIES will be taken on 19th May for classes 131-205 only. See Entries page for Premium List and relevant Entry Form – please take Show Day Entry Form (AND membership application form, if you are not already a current member) to the Light Horse Secretary’s Tent on Show day.
LIGHT HORSE competitors please collect badges, wristbands, numbers etc. from the Light Horse Secretary’s Tent in the Lorry Park when you arrive at the Show.
