Where is Fife Show held?
The Show is held just outside Cupar at Kinloss House. The postcode to use is KY15 4PE then follow our signs!
What time does the Show start and finish?
Gates open to members of the public at 8.30a.m and the Show normally runs until around 5p.m or whenever the last event finishes!
How much does it cost to get into the Show?
Admission is free for children under 14yrs of age; Earlybird adult tickets cost £12.50 (from December – mid March) then £15 thereafter. Why not become a member of Fife Agricultural Association – as well as supporting the Association and gaining other benefits, you’ll get into the Show free of charge!
Is there car parking on site?
Absolutely and it’s free! We have experienced people on hand to guide you to a spot just a short walk away from the entrances. If you have a “blue badge”, please show it to our parking attendants on your way in to the field and you will be directed to disabled parking near the main entrance.
Is the Show suitable for disabled visitors?
We are delighted to welcome all visitors, but please be aware that the event takes place in fields so individuals must make their own assessment as to how easy it will be for them to navigate the Showfields, especially during wet weather when there may be some mud…….
If I leave the event, can I come back in?
Yes, of course. Just make sure you are wearing a wristband or your hand is stamped before you leave, or I’m afraid you’ll have to pay again.
What events does the Show have?
Have a look at the “A Day at Fife Show” page of the website – it will give you lots of useful information about what goes on during the day and where.
Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely! We love the whole family to visit including your dog. Please bear in mind though, that the show can get very busy with both people and animals – so please make sure you know your dog will be comfortable in this type of environment. Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times within the showfields, and we kindly request that you clean up after them. Dogs should not be left in cars on hot days – bring them in with you! Why not let them have a go in the Scurry up at the Game Fair whilst you’re here or enter the Dog Show in the afternoon (entries taken on the day).
Are refreshments available?
An emphatic yes! We have a great range of stalls, many local, selling all manner of food, drink and snacks. Prepare to go home feeling full.
What if it rains?
We all know what the weather in Fife can be like in May….. Some of the exhibits are in tents – but the Main Ring and most of the action takes place outside, whatever the weather. Bring your jacket and a pair of wellington boots and you’ll be all set!
I’d like to come to the Show but don’t live locally – how do I get there and where could I stay?
