Our new online system is now up and running – just click the Trade Stands button on the right side of this page. It is really easy to use and will save you time in future years, if you are a regular at Fife Show. Your details will be saved, allowing you to simply update them in subsequent years. Please only submit paper applications if you are unable to use the online system. Risk assessments, copies of insurance and other documentation can all be uploaded onto the online system. YOU CAN FIND A HELP SHEET here – it might help you to read this before starting an online application.

All fees include VAT.
The closing date for applications is 31st March. In 2025, late trade stand applications will be taken, space permitting, until 15th April 2025, payable at a higher rate. Any applications made prior to 31st March but not paid in full will be subject to the late application rate. PLEASE NOTE – YOUR STAND SPACE IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL BOTH APPLICATION FORM AND FEE ARE RECEIVED AND ACKNOWLEDGED.
Paper Entries may be submitted by post or e-mail. A completed risk assessment form, copy of public liability insurance and fee must accompany the completed application form. Please ensure you read the relevant Trade Stand Rules (see below) fully before completing the correct application form as various things have changed for 2025.
For any rides (e.g. amusements that move) an ADIPS Declaration of Operational Compliance will be required. A copy of the document or the DOC number must be provided on the Rides application form.
